1. General
1.1 These Terms govern every game (“Games”) supplied on this Website or companion apps (collectively, the “Service” or “Website”), whatever the delivery method.
1.2 Where inconsistencies arise, these Terms take precedence over the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Safer Gambling Policy and any Game Rules.
1.3 “Grace Media (Gibraltar) Ltd”, together with its affiliates (“GMGL”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operates the Service; “you” and “your” refer to the player.
1.4 GMGL is registered in Gibraltar (Company No. 120628, Suite 7, Hadfield House, GX11 1AA) and holds Remote Gambling Licence RGL 125.
1.5 Information about the Gibraltar Licensing Authority is available on the Government of Gibraltar’s website.
1.6 These Terms apply to “Real Money Play” (see 4.1(a)). GMGL may add or remove Games at its discretion.
2. Using the Service
2.1 The Service is for your personal entertainment only; commercial use or acting on behalf of others is prohibited.
2.2 You must open an account (“Account”) to play. Registering or playing confirms acceptance of these Terms.
2.3 You declare you are of sound mind and accountable for your actions.
2.4 You confirm you are not self-excluded on any GMGL account.
3. Amendments
3.1 GMGL may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be dated and version-controlled.
3.2 Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
3.3 Customer Support agents cannot alter these Terms.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Full Registration grants access to Real Money Play, subject to eligibility checks and any documents we reasonably request (e.g., passport or photo ID).
4.2 You must register a valid email address (and may need to verify a mobile number via SMS OTP). GMGL will only correspond through the registered email.
4.3 We conduct ID checks ourselves or via third parties. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may lead to restrictions or closure. If age cannot be verified within seven days, your Account is suspended.
4.4 You are responsible for keeping all registration data accurate and current. Contact Customer Support to amend details; see our Privacy Policy for data handling.
5. Under-Age Play
5.1 By opening an Account you warrant you are at least 18 years old or above your local legal gambling age, whichever is higher (“Requisite Age”). Wagers placed while underage will be void; deposits will be returned, winnings forfeited.
5.2 Attempts by minors will be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Account Security
6.1 Keep your password confidential. GMGL is not liable for unauthorised activity arising from disclosure of credentials.
6.2 Transactions made with your login details are deemed authorised by you.
6.3 You are responsible for any third-party actions on your Account.
6.4 Notify us immediately if you suspect a security breach.
6.5 GMGL may close your Account if we believe credentials were shared.
6.6 Accounts may not be sold, transferred or acquired.
6.7 Bets placed collaboratively or to distort outcomes may be voided.
7. Deposits & Withdrawals
7.1 Your Account is not a bank account and pays no interest. Deposits are for gambling only. GMGL may charge fees for non-gaming transactions and can limit payment methods.
7.2 Withdrawals
• Minimum withdrawal: CAD/NZD/USD $40, 325 BRL, 4 000 CLP, 7 000 JPY, 200 PEN
• Up to 10 requests daily. Daily/weekly cap: CAD/NZD/USD $5 000; 4 250 000 CLP; 20 000 PEN; 700 000 JPY; 27 000 BRL.
• Monthly cap: CAD/NZD/USD $10 000; 8 500 000 CLP; 40 000 PEN; 1 400 000 JPY; 55 000 BRL.
Requests above these figures are considered case-by-case.
7.3 Withdrawals normally return to the original deposit method (subject to Card Scheme and AML rules). Separate client bank accounts protect customer funds, though full repayment in insolvency is not guaranteed.
7.4 GMGL offers no credit facilities.
7.5 Only payment instruments registered in your name may be used; business cards are not accepted. Deposit and withdrawal limits appear in the Cashier.
7.6 Deposit limits for safer gambling can be set daily, weekly or monthly. Reductions take effect immediately; increases after 24 hours.
7.7 You confirm deposited funds are not the proceeds of crime.
7.8 No transaction is valid until GMGL confirms acceptance.
7.9 Withdrawals are processed within five working days once verification is complete; external banking times vary.
7.10 Withdrawals follow AML rules: where possible, funds return to the original deposit method; otherwise GMGL may choose an alternative or arrange a manual bank transfer.
7.11 Inter-account transfers are forbidden.
7.12 Mis-credited funds remain GMGL property and will be reclaimed.
7.14 Verification may delay withdrawals; typical document review is up to three working days. Required documents include photo ID and recent utility bill or bank statement, plus proof for each payment method.
7.15 Currency conversion multipliers (example): CLP ×1 000; PEN ×5; JPY ×150. Exchange-rate fees may apply.
8. Fraud, Cheating & Criminal Activity
8.1 GMGL may suspend your Account and balances if we suspect collusion, fraud, chargebacks, insolvency, multiple accounts or other breaches.
8.2 Suspicious transactions may be frozen pending investigation; funds may be retained if wrongdoing is confirmed.
8.3 We may report suspected illegal activity to regulators, law enforcement, financial institutions and other operators.
9. Closing Your Account
9.1 You may close your Account via Customer Support; remaining balances are paid out subject to standard checks.
9.2 Unless self-excluded, you may request reactivation; allow up to 72 hours.
10. Inactive Accounts
10.1 After 12 months of no login, an Account becomes inactive. We will give at least 14 days’ notice before charging a US $5 monthly administration fee.
10.2 GMGL will attempt to refund cash balances to the last deposit method.
10.3 Accounts may be reactivated upon request, subject to verification.
11. Service & Connectivity Issues
11.1 All wagers are made at your own risk; you may lose money.
11.2 GMGL is not responsible for internet disconnections outside our control. Single-player game states are saved for 30 days; unresolved games after that are void.
11.3 If a GMGL system failure interrupts a wager, the stake is refunded or the game resumed—this is your sole remedy.
11.4 Game rules, payouts or odds will not change mid-session without prior notice.
11.5 Report any bugs or faults immediately; exploiting them may void play or winnings.
12. Disputes & Complaints
12.1 We strive to resolve queries promptly. Complex issues may require escalation.
12.2 Unresolved complaints should be emailed to the Operations Manager.
12.3 If still unsatisfied, you may refer the matter to the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner.
13. Safer Gambling & Self-Exclusion
13.1 Tools include Reality Checks, Deposit Limits, Time-Outs and Self-Exclusion.
13.2 Reality Checks provide timed play alerts.
13.3 Deposit Limits restrict how much you can add to your Account.
13.4 Time-Outs range from 24 hours to six months.
13.5 Self-Exclusion lasts a minimum of six months (up to five years).
13.6 Reinstatement after self-exclusion requires a phone call and a 24-hour cooling-off period.
13.7 Attempts to circumvent limits void winnings and forfeit deposits at GMGL’s discretion.
14. Bonuses & Promotions
14.1 GMGL may award bonuses such as Free Games, Bonus Spins, Deposit Matches, Cashback and more (“Bonuses”).
14.2 Each promotion has specific terms; if conflicts arise, promotional terms override these Terms.
14.3 Bonuses carry wagering requirements; details vary by offer.
14.4 Bonus funds convert to cash once requirements are met.
14.5 Contribution percentages differ by game type (e.g., Slots 100 %, Premium Slots 75 %).
14.6 Irregular play (e.g., low-risk or hedge betting) may void a bonus and associated winnings.
14.7 Bonuses expire 28 days after issue unless stated otherwise.
14.8 Withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements forfeits the bonus and related winnings.
14.9 Promotional misuse may lead to exclusion from future offers.
14.10 One promotional offer per person, household, email, payment method, device or shared computer.
14.11 E-wallet users may not stake above certain limits while wagering a bonus (15 MXN or CAD 0.5 per spin/bet).
14.12 Maximum cashout from Free Bonuses is 875 MXN or CAD 50 (currency equivalents apply).
14.13 GMGL may require ID verification before crediting any bonus.
14.14 Employees and their families are ineligible for bonuses.
14.15 Bonus stacking applies: only one active bonus at a time; pending bonuses activate when the current bonus balance reaches zero.
14.16 Marketing opt-out (see 14.19) removes all pending bonuses immediately.
15. Restricted Territories
15.1 The Service is unavailable where gambling is illegal, including the UK and USA.
15.2 It is your responsibility to verify local legality. GMGL may close accounts operating from prohibited jurisdictions.
16. Anti-Money Laundering
16.1 GMGL adheres to Gibraltar’s Proceeds of Crime Act 2017 and the EU 5th AML Directive.
16.2 We may request proof of identity and source of funds; failure to comply can result in restrictions or closure.
17. Intellectual Property
17.1 All content, software and materials on the Service are owned by GMGL or its licensors.
17.2 No rights are granted other than personal, non-commercial use.
17.3 Any unauthorised use is prohibited.
18. Breach of Terms
18.1 GMGL may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts, wagers or chats at its discretion without obligation to explain.
18.2 Malfunctions, manipulation or breaches may void wagers and winnings.
18.3 Account misuse is prohibited; our decisions are final.
19. Limitation of Liability
19.1 You use the Service at your own risk.
19.2 GMGL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, nor for viruses or system errors.
19.3 Our liability is capped at the amount of the relevant wager.
19.4 Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
20. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, data issues, acts of God or other events outside our reasonable control. Affected wagers may be voided.
21. Assignment
GMGL may transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms without consent; you may not.
22. Language
If these Terms are translated, the English version prevails in any conflict.
23. Severability
Invalid or unenforceable provisions are severed; the remainder stays in force, with amendments reflecting GMGL’s original intent where lawful.
24. Third-Party Rights
No third party may enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Gibraltar law; Gibraltar courts have exclusive jurisdiction over related disputes.
