Signs of Problem Gambling
If gambling is negatively impacting your life or someone elseās, consider these questions:

Answering āyesā to several of these questions may indicate a gambling problem that needs support.
Self-Exclusion and Time Out
If youāre considering a break from gambling, you can request a Time Out lasting from 24 hours up to six months. For longer breaks or permanent blocks, Self-Exclusion may be the better option.
You can request exclusion via your account, or by contacting us through email, live chat, or phone. For security reasons, requests made outside your account require identity verification before being applied.
Self-exclusion periods range from six months to five years. If no timeframe is specified, we apply a default six-month duration. During the exclusion period, your account remains closed, and marketing communication will be pausedāplease allow up to 3 working days for this to take effect.
Once your exclusion is in place, youāll receive a confirmation email detailing the effective dates and what to expect. Please allow up to 72 hours for the full implementation.
Important: If you bypass exclusion protocols and create new accounts using false or outdated information, we cannot accept responsibility for any activity or losses on those accounts. Any such accounts may be closed, and any funds or winnings may be forfeited.
Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years oldāor of legal gambling age in your countryāto open an account. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and may be a criminal offence.
We use robust electronic checks to verify your age, and we may ask for official documentation such as a passport or driverās licence.
If it's found that you're underage, your account will be closed, all deposited funds returned, and any winnings withheld.
Parental Controls
To help protect minors from accessing gambling content, we recommend using internet filtering tools. The following are trusted third-party options:

Reality Check

This setting applies only to the account where it was enabled. To apply it to other accounts within our network, you'll need to activate it separately on each one.
To adjust your Reality Check preferences, log into your account and click the relevant settings link.
Deposit Limits
To promote healthy gambling habits, we offer deposit limit tools. These let you control how much you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Decrease your limits at any timeāchanges take effect immediately
- Increase your limitsāa 24-hour waiting period will apply before the change is active
